OPENING SEASONS CHEF'S TABLE
The theme for the fall season of Chef's Table is geography. Symbolical, isn't it? Creating a set menu for dinner, we were inspired by the culture, technology and cuisines of Pin-Up countries of the world, combining with Russian traditions and our vision.
What is Chef's Table?
Dinner for 10 people with an open kitchen, where the chef prepares a tasting menu with signature dishes in front of your eyes, accompanied by gastronomic stories from the creator of Dolce Vita. You will see the heart of the Pin-Up - the cuisine, and even take part in the cooking process yourself.
The menu for Chef's Table Pin-Up change throughout the season, our chef is constantly experimenting with ingredients, using complex cooking techniques and realizing his most daring gastronomic ideas in order to provide you with a new experience.
